Three Local Neighbourhood Policing Teams cover every district electoral ward across the Lisburn and Castlereagh area.
The teams are based at Lisburn and Dundonald Police Stations and work closely with local communities, statutory organisations and voluntary groups to address local issues and concerns.
Their aim is to work with residents and partner organisations to find long-term solutions, improve quality of life and help build safer communities.
Neighbourhood officers also work alongside organisations in areas including health, education and local government, helping to provide joined-up solutions to issues affecting local neighbourhoods.
